Hybrid culture no one cares about your login time, got to work with client directly lot of leaves at (least for our team)

no work life balance, most of the time I used to work more than 13h a day, but as per the rules you can not fill 13h in your time sheet, in time sheet you have to put 8h only. even you have to work on the public holidays , never ending work from client unrealistic deadlines, team management no point of contact during emergency HR is on of the useless department , they basically redirect to your manager only,...Read More
