I joined as a trainee developer and I know someone who joined as a trainee as well but did not get promoted to full even after being trainee for 1.5 years. These people will make you do all the hard work and won't even promote your role as a trainee to full time. Unrealistic deadlines are set by people who don't know about the deadlines. Failing to meet the requirements within the deadline, you won't get promoted to full time employee and still be a trainee. The salary is awful for a fresher, which may get incremented by a very small amount. You will most probably have to stretch on weekends if you're in IT in this organization. Worst ever… even if u dont have a job, dont join here and waste ur time. Better to wait a bit more and crack another one. There is zero job security.

There is zero job security. They can fire u at any moment without any prior notice and without paying for the notice period. If u are doing less than 9hours then either you leave or salary gets deducted. There is literally no holidays they give.. not even for holi or deewali… there is only 3 national holidays and yearly 4 festive holidays you will get. Apart from that only 3 casual leaves and 18 paid leaves for the year… You will die out of pressure....Read More
