Responsibilities:
- Own brand growth and profitability, developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy.
- Collaborate with sourcing, supply chain, operations, 3PLs, digital marketing, and finance teams.
- Ensure timely product delivery, optimize product listings, and drive sales via Amazon.
- Work with digital marketing to develop campaigns and with D2C teams for customer experience.
- Monitor financial performance, manage P&L, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and manage third-party relationships.
- Provide regular reports to management on brand progress and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in brand management or e-commerce, with proven experience driving growth.
- Must have experience selling on Amazon.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, optimize stock, and drive sales growth independently.
