They are Not supporting at all .. and management told me to give resign becoz we know longer want you to pay without even thing of a minute they said me Not to come office because we don't have work but later on I found that they are giving advertisement for vacant in there lab .. so On my view kindly dnt join to that laboratory it really big mistake that I worked there

They try to misguide you and demotivated you and yours experience d and also didnot pay you Good salary .. if you are capable also they will use you only and after there work over they will say you to leave... Without any intimation like that happen with me during this crisis of pandemic .. now I am unemployed because I have join this erec laboratory

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
