Totally a scam company, Use & throw concept, hiring is done throughout the year, HR is just a puppet, does what Rajul Tandon says.

Disliked everything working here at Eqserv, one of the biggest fraud companies. they even not paid my salary for 2 months, anyhow I managed to get it with help of some peoples having political background
