The most wonderful thing in this company is you work hard you get paid high. Working on variables which is really great you get paid for your hard work. I believe every company wants productivity so if you have one you have some you get some.

I am a senior hr executive at eqs placements and my work responsibilities are to take care of all the requirements from our clients by guiding my team to move forward with a plan on what to deliver whom and how.

First of all it was a great opportunity working with eqs placements. The work environment and my colleagues were very nice.

There was nothing so much I disliked about but yes sometimes the work pressure was very high.
