There is no job security. They are busy sacking people & hiring higher mangers. They called people to office in a bus where people were not maintaining social distancing. The Admin Head made people remove their mask & pose for pictures.

Dislikes

There are a lot of politics & the management doesn’t address anyone’s issues. There is no learning in whatever department you work. Whatever The management says you just have to follow like you’re brainless, if you voice your opinion or raise a concern the Head of HR sends you Termination mail.

Really a terrible place where you have no security of your job even before covid times. If u r not liked by any superior u can be just fired on ego issues. No growth for hardworking personals. Work Details

Handled the complete IT working for 4 1/2 years single handedly. But no one cared about the hard work and the no of hours given to the company. If your superior is in a bad mood they will point out mistakes in ur work although it is completed.
