My experience with Envision Overseas has been less than satisfactory . The treatment I witnessed & experienced was nothing short of mental harassment. The management's attitude (Priti Sukhwani & Sanjai) towards its workforce is disrespectful and, at times, outright abusive. The behaviour of management team is a major cause for concern. I observed instances of verbal abuse and intimidation by managers, creating a hostile & toxic work environment. The Office facilities at Envision are shockingly disturbed. Lack of basic amenities like toilets, fridge, microwave and etc.. The absence of proper restroom facilities is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. The office premises are infested with cockroaches, lizards and other insects, creating unsanitary working conditions. The combination of abusive management, poor facilities, and unsanitary conditions has resulted in a hostile and demoralizing work environment. It's a challenging to be productive or motivated under such circumstances.
