Only the initial training phase is good, you get to learn a lot. Shapes your confidence and communication skills. Weekends off

Dislikes

The management is very unethical. They demotivate certain targeted people and use hurtful words. They do not have sick leaves and cut a huge chunk of salary if you stay absent for genuine health reasons too.
