Likes

Great work life balance, unlimited work form home. No one will track your working hours until you are delivering your work. Good in hand salary no hidden salary package, no variable pay.

Dislikes

Apart from your salary package you will not get anything. single digit salary hike for outstanding performer and less than 5% for average or below performer. You have to be very flexible sometimes and you will not get night shift allowance. Four wheel parking is only for directors and above level. Even if you have 7 years of experience you will be hired as analyst level. Learning wise there is nothing new, Bangalore office is just a back office and supporting the big projects with USA team. You will never get business knowledge about the work which you get....Read More
