The workplace environment at Enkay Enviro services pvt Ltd was worst and disappointing. The leadership lacked professionalism and behaved in a manner that did not align with a professional setting. Senior staff members exhibited a lack of knowledge or education necessary for their roles. Additionally, the absence of an HR departmenthindered the resolution of crucial employee-related issues, contributing to an unsupportive work environment. I was unfairly laid off by Enkay Enviro services pvt Ltd which added to the distress caused by the toxic workplace culture. The decision seemed unjust and was a disheartening conclusion to my time there. Fair and considerate treatment during terminations is crucial for maintaining trust and respect between employees and employers. I was also planning for a lobour law case against them but I forgive them because I believe in God power I know the company will face all the wrong which they have done they will get all this back with more effect and I will wait for the day when I will listen that the Enkay Enviro services Pvt Ltd is closed because of big loss in their business 😂😂 The main thing which I want to explain if anyone want to destroy their career sorry destroy is small word if anyone wants to Demolish their career thay can join Enkay Enviro services Pvt Ltd jaipur Rajasthan.
