People who are stakeholders and really want to join and be part of the process.

Dislikes

There is no proper order or system of process. No stability of work and duties assigned. Constant demotivating behavior from the seniors. Constantly changing seniors as well. No appreciation of employees. The organization fails to do reimbursements, the staff suffers from lack of work life balance.
