Poor management..No matter how good you are with people and performance..all they want is politics and people to go on breaks with them and have nonsense with them..if you don't do so..you better leave the company or they will make it difficult for you.

I worked as a group manager supporting team of 20 account managers. Every day would make you learn something new as you will face new chanllenges and will learn to overcome same.

I liked the opportunity of earning money. As one could really make money in this company if work hard. In my 5 years tenure I definitely had good moments. I got support and exceptions too. It’s a good place if you are ready to burn your self

I hated their robot culture. They have changed for nothing. Company’s policies, culture, values are limited to board room discussions and to Town Hall. I realised more of this while handling my team. So if you are an individual with growth mindset and you want to develop your people it’s not the company for you. They only like people who are an YesMan and do whatever they say weather it’s right or wrong. Senior management is gender biased too. Good luck if you going to work there....Read More

I had good time while working like nobody. It’s truly difficult working as a Group manager bcz you have a lots of new ideas, new enthusiasm, new opinion about developing your people but you are micromanaged all the time. It’s not encouraging
