Incentive is good but there is no job security even after spending 4 years I was forced to leave when I really needed this job.

I have worked for almost 3 yrs in this company and the only thing I like about it is it's rich working environment and cab facilities as it's international BPO.

Dislikes

I have seen a lot which is not so good and have seen biasness as well, there is no job security for those who are on 3p payroll but since I joined this company they kept telling us that they will be moving us soon on company payroll which never happened.

So far my work life is under pressure since work from home happened. It's more difficult to make them beleive that you are seriously facing IT issues. And most of the time we face IT issue and we are responsible for that only.

It's definitely the best place to work and earn. The company policies is what makes it Top Class. They hire the best people for HR. Any complaints, take it out to them. They solve your problems in a snap.

Job security is an issue and management. The Group managers are divided into 2 parts. Good and bad. You may get shuffle anywhere. I was with a good GM hence, I was able to stay for long. Work is a blessing when you get allocated to a good GM. RIP if you end up with the terrible ones.

Good work enviroment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming facitlities for refresh. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

If update of location like address is a bit faster than it will be good.

The jobs is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training before. I learnt everything on the jobs and that helped a better person than before.
