I didn’t like the hopeless promises and commitments made by the mgt towards their employees. It is true we need to boost employees moral but not like this. Their should be a strong bond integrity between employees and Management.

The best thing about encore is its employees who are working hard to earn their living because of excessive unemployment around the country. The best part is Encore don't value it.

Dislikes

Terribly worst management. HRs are least bothered about your issues. No Growth. Management create unnecessary pressure and work load. Very high target expectations. Managers manipulate associate to deliver more than their caliber and they don't even get paid well. Incentive slabs have been lowered down a lot and in return unnecessary workload has been imposed on employees.

Deduction in incentives and less appraisal and management difficult to listen to the concern once you have given 5 years to the company and no extra income for overtime only incentives if you’re lucky .
