At ENCORE CAPITAL GROUP, there is no career growth, less salary package p Group but they don't do any internal hiring, I'm B.Tech in IT I told my team leader for internal hiring for software developer trainee job(stipend base) but they denied and said we hire only outsiders.. I joined this company for better future, I gave one year for the company and I didn't get anything, just got BPO experience.. Improve your policy....Read More

I work on the behalf of 3rd party role in teamlease and working from past 2years there is no scope of appraisal , There are many processes here. Only in collection process the incentives(salary goes upto 50-60k or more than that) are good.But the situation is worse in other processes. Apart from 14500 k inhand salary you can only earn 3 to 4 k incentives.
