There is nothing to like about Encora

Dislikes

There is no job security. They just hire and fire people. There is no communication between you and your reporting manager. Manager doesn't know what do you do and which project you are hired for. There is too much politics. Manager supports only people from his region. Never ever think of joining Encora.

Sense of responsibility, and ownership is at par a product based organisation... No middle management interference, no one takes 3-3 meetings daily as other Indian IT company does... Clear cut goals and clear cut ownership...

Sometimes can get too much work.. Very few people in the team to get help from... Small small teams

Its as normal as any other service based company. Client that i am working with is good.

No performance review by manager No proper raise Too much client centric No job security No communication with manager to review your performance Raise is just given on single comment of client.. no review happens with the employees

Very bad and unprofessional company. They buy awards to award themselves only. This company is a clients pet, very unprofessional HRs and project managers. Hire and fire policy, never ever think about employees satisfaction or their reviews. Being a technology company they manage everything on Excel sheets, irony isn't it? You need to fill out your attendance on Excel sheets and they boast themselves as a technology company. All public holidays are always optional which you can only avail once or twice in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..
