For E-learning Dept (Pune): The Admin for Project should be Project Manager and not Learning Consultants. This change should happen. The reason why i resigned from this job. LC (Learning Consultants) and Delivery Manager and have created a monopoly and PM's are hired or terminated based on their liking. This should not happen. No Job Security No work / life balance Lot of Ego and Politics (Especially in Pune's E-learning Dept) Lot of work pressure...Read More

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
