It’s a terrible place to work. The management target a few individuals at a given point and start micro managing them every move is observed right from phone calls to very email and you will be pulled for anything that you will not in your wildest dreams would have thought is wrong. The managers are not qualified and don’t understand team dynamics and will not be supportive. If you are non white person please be ready to experience a total bias. Wages are horrible and the workload is too high, you will eventually be stressed and depressed. The only people who have lasted in this organisation for years are the ones who are not micro managed since they are friends with the managers, in short nepotism....Read More
