I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Well everyone knows that night shift is comfortable but gradually we develop serious health issues... So we will get time for spending a lot of time with our family.. also unlike other jobs we can get 2 days off per week. It seems cool... Also we can find time for our hobbies too

Dislikes

Main thing is that salary issues... Every companies give the salary on the first week of the month. But here usually they only start processing the salary after 10th of the month.. Because of that the salary gets delayed. And sometime we received the salary on 19th something of that month. Also here they are not inquiring about the work life also even about what all difficulties are faced by the employees and all....Read More
