.What the company aims to create is good and unique- a marketplace concept as an aggregator. They supported by providing incentive to performers when business was good on a particular month. They provided work from home facility which is continuing even now

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The paycut in the company is continuing since April 2019, and management has not been transparent, even though we are a lean organization structure.
