I don’t believe in looking into any negative aspects of anything. Bright light always takes away darkness. So, I always focus on the positive instincts i.e., the bright light instead of negative i.e., darkness.

This company takes care of its employees. Training and learnings is one of the best in the industry. When an employee is not in production, the learning opportunities are quite vast. Workload depends on the client. The projects are between good and fair. Ample onsite opportunities . Basically, it’s a form of horizontal organization, so everything or everyone here is held equally responsible. There is no substantial hierarchy present here. The management encourages and motivates all to develop leadership qualities. It’s a good company to work for if seen through growth perspective.

Company is good for a good career growth. I was always looking to have an opportunity to work in such a company, and finally, it’s like a dream come true for me.
