Basically, it’s a form of horizontal organization, so everything or everyone here is held equally responsible. There is no substantial hierarchy present here. The management encourages and motivates all to develop leadership qualities. It’s a good company to work for if seen through growth perspective.

Company permits us to work remotely considering emergency circumstances. Since, covid outbreak we all have got used to this working style, so now it's no longer a challenge for us working remotely., everyone manages their assigned chores effectively while working remotely. In fact, I wish that company allow us to work in such remote way permanently.

Employee referrals are given preference when hiring for any open position. Few months back I referred one of my friends, and he got hired. This way, max benefits are passed to the referring employee. Even the org. gets good reliable talent. Nice initiative!
