Company offers an onsite work opportunity to UK for development projects. I had an opportunity to go to UK. It gave me a good work exposure. I learned many new things there and even got to know their way of working. It was indeed an amazing experience for me.

You may feel work pressure at times, but that’s obvious, as you might be held to work on multiple projects.

A horizontal structure is present with minimal hierarchy. That is why everyone gets an equal chance to carry out responsibilities and take ownership of things. Your leadership qualities get developed due to this.

Happy to say that company still allows its employees to work from home. Anyone who wishes to work remotely can consider this remote working option. I am happy to see that the company is very much flexible in approach towards its employees.
