Company offers an onsite work opportunity to UK for development projects. I had an opportunity to go to UK. It gave me a good work exposure. I learned many new things there and even got to know their way of working. It was indeed an amazing experience for me.

Happy to say that company still allows its employees to work from home. Anyone who wishes to work remotely can consider this remote working option. I am happy to see that the company is very much flexible in approach towards its employees.

The senior management, HRs and Managers – all of them are available for one to one communication. Rare to find in today’s times. They listen patiently to you. Be it your problems, suggestions……even ideas for that matter! I have experienced it myself.

We also give fair chances to people to go through re-assessments and improve their performance. There is no hire & fire policy.
