Management is worst. I was working in SEO team, but content was written by UI designer, I mean why? I have suggested content that can actually work but the UI designer ignore. I was properply doing my work , then suddenly I got a mail from HR that I am not communiating enough with people. I was there for work not for friendship. I had meet with my team everyday , with developer every friday for changes in website and so on. I asked them a question why should i connect with other department. New higher rank person join name Dane or something, he was like fire him, fire her just because they don't communicate with other team. HR was also not supportive , she knew I was working and doing for what I was hired . Don't every join this compnay...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
