There is a lot of difference between site employee and office employee. They don't even understand that what circumstances are facing by site engineers and workers

nothing, everything us worse here, u will never get your salary before two months, they kick out when your job is done, and dont pay you

every little thing here is worse than anyone can expect, there are only thre members in staff, hell environment, will never solve your problems

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
