They never share the exact JD before joining and the KRAs will keep charging month on month and 3 people work is expected to be done by one single person. Being a trainer you'll also have to do admin job of calling your students for almost every things. It could be asking for documents, shortage of attendance and any other requirements. You will have to do full-time trainer role than create a report of daily, weekly and monthly basis even if the batches are not starting on time you have to make fake reports. Favoritism. Egotistical environment especially for females. They only want such females who doesn't say anything or react. They want female candidates to just be clam and let them torture. Even if a voice will be raised it will be counted as an immature and impatient behavior. The lower competencies of team is worst part. People don't even understand the role they are playing. They are money oriented focus on getting paid by government and nothing else on term of facilities, salaries, work environment and office politics this place is worst. They are the managers who don't want to listen to their employees and eventually you'll have to be an employee who has nothing to say. They will also not provide you with any provision period and the notice period is of three months.
