1. Bootlickers hired in the initial batch who do not dare to leave before the CEO does even if there is no work. 2. CEO thinks buying biryani is enough to waste an entire weekend of the employees. 3. Use fake names to interact with clients. 4. Forcing us for outing and making personal remarks when we deny. 5. Doing micromanagement at such a level where you guys go on break and the CEO starts pinging people to track your time. 6. Extended hours with or without work is promoted as dedication to the business. 7. Definition of Servant leadership in their eyes is not what it generally means, for this guy it means serving like dogs. 8. Client acquired with fake names makes the guy not trusting anyone. as the saying goes "A thief see everyone as a thief". 9. Threatening that if you do not go out for outing, "your bonus will be held back". 10. 2 shifts created for no apparent reason, the thinking is to come early but leave late. 11. plotting to fire people with high salary just like how the manager has been fired recently. 12. Psycho CEO, threatening and firing people on his own convenience and then some of the so called seniors asking to put fake reviews so that the rating does not go down. 2 of the guys who seemed good at the job have left and now just these guys who extend shifts have been made in charge.
