Company has no policies and it is case to case and employee to employee. EcoOils lately withdrew laptop from marketing but expects marketing person to respond with excel supporting data 24 hrs by 7 without using personal laptop

Company policies now no more favorable for expatriate and salary package & facilities also reduced through policy change for expatriates(foreign nationals)

Dislikes

Misuse of 360 degree feedback for wasted interest (self security) and nobody taking it positively for improvement of down the line employees and for overall development of Organization.

Use & through after work /target completion and management having no vision in long run perspective so employees have no fruitful future with such industries.There is imbalance of authority distribution with respect to work responsibility.Superiors interfare too much and no individual free working space for managers.
