I worked for this company for 5 years and found it a good place to work with good benefits. I was allowed to grow and was given more responsibility. I found it to be a very fair place and would not hesitate to recommend it as a place of employment.

I really enjoyed my time working here. Everyone in my office was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I always felt comfortable asking my superiors for help. the warm work environment was contributive for a productive work day.

Work colleagues are friendly in nature. No salary delays you get salary on time on beginning of month

Timing is only problem here i face most of time you may have to work till 9 or 10 sometimes you may have meetings at 9 or 10 also with US teams. Other than these problem i faced is sudden changing of rule and stuff. Like every other office inter politics are there you have to face it but you love you work not company if love the company you may have face heart breaks that it. The team members are good, and help each other out. There is flexibility to work from home. Salary comes on time.

Lack of adequate resources means everyone has to take on more work and work at least 12 hours everyday. Director Mr. Manish Dalmia is a master manipulator and creates conflict between Enrolment advisors and Marketing team. Every one is over worked, exhausted, and irritable all the time. It was good earlier, but they change their policies every now and then. A pure Gujrati family run business. If you're good in buttering, you can last longer, like the Sales Director is doing here.

This is a flat organization so there is more responsibility on each member. As an employee, I was not restricted to just one end of the business, but was able to explore other areas as well. Ofcourse, there is a lot of work pressure, but the management is supportive

Dislikes

Since there are less members availanle to handle the business, there is immense pressure, plus there is no guarantee of career security, if you cannot perform, it will be tough to sustain. Additional money is deducted from salary for Gratuity which can only be claimed after you work here for 5 years. Also, insuramce policy is only for the employee and not for family.
