1. No apprails on time. 2.No promotion even after more than 10 years too people on same position. 3. New joiner salary is more than the experienced and existing employees as there were no reforms in salary structure for existing employee whether he/she have already added his gratitude to the company growth and stability even though.4.No market correction in salary and arials. 5. If you don't bring lunch, there is no option for proper food in this office.The absence of a day meal is felt, but everything else is great.

Complementary tea is not provided in the morning or evening, and I don't like machine tea as it causes digestion issues with regular consumption. The absence of a day meal is also slightly felt, but everything else is great.

The most important thing I like about this company is my colleagues,they are so supportive, especially My manager Surbhi Ma'am. She is very supportive and My TL as well. My friends, who is just not my colleagues any more, they become family now. Thankyou Ebix.
