I like about the Ebix is work culture and company culture which is quite good work culture Is like less work don't give too much of pressure to the employee even they give half day leaves and early leaves without deduct money from the salary

Dislikes

No appraisal from the last 4 years and even not giving good salary to the fresher as well as for experience and also not too much growth in career no growth in learning too much .

...isten as per the client. The appraisal / Salary increment is not given properly. There is no proper appreciation from company to the hardwork you pay.

...t Manager is very supportive and helpful in natural. he is a good human being. my overall experience, work balance is good in my project, salary on time

increment is not so good if they fix the cycle then ok

I don't like upper management they have money to pay bribe and take project but don't have money to pay to employees.

Dislikes

Engineers are getting salary less than they deserve, company paying labor salary to Engineers....and in the name of Engineers recurting non technical graduates just to run their project.

More or less it is a product based company and have multiple domestic and international clients. need to work in pressure and able to brush up and skilled up with your scope of work. double the pay if you work on holidays.

Dislikes

salary and pay is not up to the mark as per work pressure.
