CEO of the company expects everyone to learn everything regardless of their role. Even a UX Designer is encouraged to acquire insights into web development , content writing, marketing, and graphic designing etc. Unfortunately you actively seek a salary increase, your contribution might not receive the recognition they deserve, often resulting in modest 5-10% raise. Regrettably, maintaining healthy work life balance is very challenging, and there is a need for the company to appreciate those who put in long hours. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
