COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE. Ignacio Pardo is working at human resources team. He used to respond within maksimum 2-3 days before, but for the last 6 months he has never responded any email sent by me. I don't even know the reason. He even sent a few job offers to me but again I didn't get any respond when I asked the details. If you don't want to work just let people know. Communication is key. Ghosting your employees for any reason is not a nice behavior and it is far from professional manner. Maria Belen Oyola and Eduardo Moraga was my project managers and they were very good at communicating and responding during or after the projects plus they are very friendly and well mannered....Read More
