I was unnecessarily put in non technical project and manager wasn't letting me leave the project. There was no work life balance because manager or lead was calling even at 2-3 am after completing my day shift. Also there were no perks provided even when working on weekends.

Being a small fish in an ocean, no one bothers about you. Same here, no questions asked about timings, being away from system or about holidays.

Dislikes

No job security at all. Every quarter DXC comes up with Work force reduction list and we can see every employee being worried not to be next. Same is happening from last 2 years. I have lost so many colleagues, friends and mentors. There is no hike from the inception of the company which was 2016. CEO mike has announced in one of the town hall that he doesn't promote annual hike anymore.

Work Details

I'm working as ServiceNow developer currently and previously I was in ITSM role. I've been with company for 3.5 years now and won't recommend anyone to join considering the way employees are fired.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work Life Balance. No one is overloaded.

Dislikes

Company is ignorant. No care of emerging technologies and outside market. Employees are leaving so frequently that within 1 year, almost all the techies working on new technologies will not be with this company.

Work Details

Relaxing. But someone should join only after 10 years of experience at a senior position with a decent package.
