Nothing to be like anything here. I have seen in my entire professional life, DXC is the cheapest company ever. Managers are like dictators here as I've worked with different projects and managers in my entire journey in DXC. They are even not eligible for people management as well as project management. since they are sitting for long in DXC, they think they are the owner of the company.

Dislikes

This is not a company, it's a kind of local shop where the owner/manager thinks, they can do anything with anyone and do false promises to employees to stretch his/her self so that employee can do 12-15 hrs daily work and in the end, they will not even give you a good rating. Even if they rate any employee, there are no benefits of that in terms of appraisal or anything. If you put your paper down, the manager will reach you and make many false promises so that you can stay with the company and destroy your work-life balance....Read More
