Likes

Nice work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and some politics in management. Now organization made permanent WORK FROM HOME this is very helpful for candidates who are expecting this.

Dislikes

Job security is can't be expected also salary is low and career growth also poor.

Now work from home scenario it is ok but we live with it permanently and job is not much interesting too
