Stress Free and flexible timings based upon the work we are doing in the project.

Dislikes

No compensation or hikes. And I was totally disappointed that there was no recognition for the efforts we make in our project. Thank You!

Work Details

I work under development, deployment and testing along with support.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary expectation of 6 years experience in Java as per market standards

I want to switch companies but I am confused what the salary expectation should be for a 6 year experienced java guy? Please help me need to know the market standards in services companies. Current CTC is 13 lakhs per annum
