In DuFlon, we like to work as there is freedom to work with our own style. Ownership system is there.

Dislikes

There is no planning to execute order. No exploser for QC employees. from 14 years urgency is there. And chetting and parsalaty is there. Every employee has different rules and regulations and different treatment to each employee.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
