Every thing is fine hear and mostly I liked the shifts in DST that is only one shift no rotational which is so comfortable to everyone.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high and growth is low, compensation is not as expected

Team Mates are okay, Training depends on attrition, job security need to perform its our job, for every 3 to 4 years u will get promoted (pathetic), lesser appraisals, no travel, full politics, no learning, no work environment, no work life balance come to off and complete your production, be in production floor for 8 hours

Dislikes

No Management skills, no motivation full work pressure, should not take leaves even u have leave balances, no coordination

Dislikes

No one is observing your skills it might be assistant manager aur manager. They are doing thier Job only. Managers don't value an individual work. Not getting any appreciation Mail from manager while you are working really well. No one is motivating you.
