The appraisal system in our company. The fixed appraisal period of 11 months, combined with the modest increments, can be discouraging. Additionally, there are instances where it may extend to 2 years before an appraisal is granted. Those who work hard and those who aren’t performing well receive the same increment in salary, which doesn’t seem fair. This company does not value its employees.

HR is worst,moody and irresponsible. Least interested in employees. Speaks in a rude way.No proper appraisals nor any SOP's in the organization. Higher authority does not care about employees concerns. Only politics and favoritism. Only the favorite employees will be considered who gain sympathy.

HR behaviour with employees is very bad, also insufficient appraisal in salary Inspite of asking the HR several time never got a positive feedback from her. Organization has not issued any service letter like, (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Salary certificates) till date in one and a half years of my emloyement, Issuance of service letter is not optional for the organization. It is an essential thing for an employee for his career. It is unprofessional to do so in the context of service letter. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
