Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

nothing to like about in Dover. They don't give any respect to employees even though employees are working hard and efficient almost 14 hours on average. Workaholic people will like and get satisfied in Dover. Nothing else other than work.

Work culture is terrible. No respect or good benefits for employees. Salary structure is not good. Their benefits are worst and service based mnc's are far better. No Free food, No Free cab/ No transport allowance. Insurance is only for spouse and children. 4 lakh. Parents will not be covered. No technical training, No Childcare Youhave to beg for team outings and it may happen once in 2 year. No Gym/wellness packages. No onsite opportunities ....Read More
