As a honest & punctual and hardworking employee who looks future growth according to your performance you provide. But in this organisation no one want to address you, they used you and when the times come and want reward on behalf of your performance you did on time to time, They through you out and no one raise voice against this because there are five-six members who working for long time, they don't like to recognize you. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
