The company recruit two type of staff contractual and permanent position. If you as a contractual there is no benefit from company side, only some increment will get and nothing else. Position not secure if project complete and your tenure will complete. Future growth will depend on your project. There will no support from company side. My opinion if you get better chance you leave the company immediately. There is no work culture. Only fresher's candidate can apply.
