Company has good platform to learn. Most of the projecfs are inside clients . No tight deadlines for a project

Has no sysmatic workflow. Still following old culture Starting salary is very low comparing with other companies Have no job security Promotion and Salary hike is very rare High corporate politics

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
