I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The management and head of the teacher don't maintain good relation with teachers and they don't understand the problem of the teaching staff. After every four or five years they change the admin and principal and sometimes they act carelessly they replace old teachers with new without informing the old teacher because they don't know if they have the teacher they need for they don't maintain good relationship and communication with teachers....Read More
