Well, it's been great time i have spent around 2.5 years and the working environment is one of the great and friendly environment but there's no work life balance present, no good appraisal but surely there will be a lot to learn from your senior

Dislikes

The company doesn't follow their policy they even change their policy according to themselves , no appraisal has been given on the base of your own hardwork it is predecided by the management only the favourite gets the good awards and achievments.
