Poorly run company with very few resource. At least 15 hours a day work with undue work pressure due to bad financial state of the company.

Poorly Run company with very few resources. Long working hours and undue pressure due to bad financial state of firm. Company has no HR policy and is still in a start up state even after 5 years from start of operations.
