It was great learning experience. I learned lots of technical things during the period .

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Overall in all department ,the company was good but job security is not there. Also I was on third party contract so I was always on the verge of losing job.

Work Details

I used to write and ideate promo. Then has to do it's packaging ex. Graphics, animation, dubbing, music and editing with the help of my teammates. And have to prepare material to upload in hot folder , once it's approval comes from media planning team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Cheap politics and low salary. Heads are good but the hr and others are not efficient
