It deals with the disadvantaged children who are in need of care and protection .across the State. It contributes much for their welfare and rehabilitation. I can proudly say that i could contribute best to their future life becoming bright.

No promotion chance is in this department. No other benefits on the welfare of staff in respect of conveyance, LTC, family health benefits etc.,

Monitoring and evaluation of the child care services provided through child care institutions and performance of the staff working in those institutions.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
